Since decades woman travel to Eresos because
they feel attracted from this magic place.
Virginia Woolf already have been here.
Skala Eressos is a lesbian Eldorado with is beautiful beach,
pure nature, thelesbian bars, shops and restaurants
and the legendary Sappho-Rock.

Every year since 2001 there is in september the
intern. Eressou Women Festival
a festival with almost 500 women from all over the world.

In "Sappho Garden" in the last 5 years over 100 artists / musicians have emerged from around the world . With its outdoor stage "Sappho Garden" is quite unique in the world in terms of performance places for women and lesbians.

In addition to the "Sappho Garden"
there is also "Tenth Muse Bar", the "Agua Bar",
the "Belle Ville Bar", "Marianna´s"
and "Vana´s Beach Kantina"

For the Sportif-Women:

All Seson long there are

in the beach kantina DaLuz .
Who is not playing can support your favourite team.
Last September 6 Teams playing and over 200 supporteress cheering around the playground.

There are also Ping-Pong Tournaments

in the 10th Muse Bar.

The good swimmers can swim to the small rock (see left)

The petrified forest is fantastic.
There are only two petrified forests on the planet

and only the leaves in Lesbos
can explore by sea and on foot!
